Dear customer,

Due to an incident, our reporting tools displayed inaccurate statistics. This issue primarily affected traffic data in the Americas region.

End date & time: July 17, 2026, at 7:30 AM UTC (incident mitigated)

Our teams have stabilized all systems and are implementing additional safeguards to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Unfortunately, we have confirmed that the affected reporting data cannot be recovered. As a result, reporting statistics for the impacted period will remain incomplete or inaccurate.
